Grada Summer Leagues

Advanced (Wednesdays): For players regularly playing the game at a highly competitive level. Requires a high degree of skill and experience, and full understanding of the strategy of the game. Have a 20 yard hammer and layout D in your bag of tricks.
Intermediate A (Mondays): For players at a fairly competitive level. Requires better than average degree of skill and good understanding of the rules and strategy of the game. A higher level than Int B. You should have a good forehand throw, know zone defense, and catch just about anything that comes near you.
Intermediate B (Thursdays): For players looking to move up beyond Rec or who want to play Intermediate but at a more relaxed level than Intermediate A. You should at least have a good, reliable backhand throw.
Recreational (Tuesdays): For brand new players and players who are looking to play the game at a basic, fun level. Teaching the basics of the game is included. Even if you’ve never played before, this is for you.
Women’s (Wednesdays): Women of all skill levels (beginner to advanced) are welcome and encouraged to participate.
Youth (Tuesdays): Open to male and female highschool aged players (14 or older, graduating no earlier than 2009).
