The GRADA Spring Draft League will run on Tuesdays at 6:15 from April 11 through May 30. The cost of the league will be $17.
Most games will be at Crittenden fields (here's the field layout), with one game each week being at the Round House field in Genessee Valley Park. The field next to the Al Sigl Center on Elmwood is a backup field.
The
draft league takes individual players and creates hopefully balanced teams using
a draft system. The level of play is meant to be fun and competitive, but
aggressive, heated, attitude-filled play is not allowed. This will be
enforced. This is the league for you if you want to come out early in the
season, get in shape, play a little light disc, and get tuned up for the warmer
weather. While it is mainly an adult league, we do allow players under 18
to enter on an exception basis, but you must contact the league director (see
below) for an interview to see if you are appropriate for the league.
